After the human race extinguishes itself from the planet earth, what then?

These questions are the basis for this short story. It starts out 137 years after the human race has disappeared from the planet.
Human constructed cyborgs are carrying on where the species left off.
While reviewing archived NASA research, these cyborgs stumble on questions that were raised by Voyager 2 along with other unmanned Neptune space explorations. .
The questions raised were curious enough for thirty-three cyborgs to take the trip to Neptune’s moon Triton aboard their deep space research vessel “Orion.”
What they find on Triton is something that they are totally unprepared for.
All of their findings on this distant moon go against their beliefs that they hold to be self evident.
Far from earth, with more questions raised as a result of their journey than can be answered by it.
Those used to having control find themselves controlled.
